Modern phone cameras take beautiful, but HUMONGOUS file sized pictures. Sometimes as large as 5MB and 5,000 pixels wide! There are two desired goals when reducing an image:
1. Reduce the”file size”
2. Reduce the physical dimensions, the actual width and height in pixels.
